City Council Public Hearing Notice

Notice Is Hereby Given that the City Council of the City of Robbinsdale will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 starting at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the adoption of a plan modifying Tax Increment Financing District No. 2000-8. The TIF district is composed of properties containing structurally substandard buildings, the expansion would add 2 properties. The boundaries of Redevelopment Project Area No. 2000 and the location of the two properties to be added to TIF District No. 2000-8 are shown on the map available at City Hall.

A copy of the TIF plan is available for public inspection at Robbinsdale city hall during regular business hours. Any person wishing to express an opinion regarding this matter will be heard orally or in writing at the public hearing. If you have any questions, contact Marcia Glick at 763-531-1258.
